The children worked very hard on their School Seders. Please find some of the songs they performed for you on the Passover Songs page, and your children may share them again at your family Seders. Happy Passover!
PURIM! PURIM! PURIM! Here is a song we are learning for Purim:
To the tune of BINGO
There was a wicked wicked man and Haman was his name oh. H A M A N and Haman was his name oh. (Next verse, leave out the H, and clap, repeat removing a letter each verse as you would for Bingo until you are clapping out 5 silent letters.
ALBUQUERQUE TURKEY: As I walk through the halls this time of year, I hear the kids singing Albuquerque is a Turkey. First to get them to say that word, and then the joy of hearing them sing it. It stays in my head for a very longggggg timeeeee! Here are the words so you too can live it.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and do enjoy your Albuquerque Turkey!
To the Tune of Oh my Darling Clementine
Albuquerque is a Turkey and he's feathered and he's fine
And he wobbles and he gobbles, and he's absolutely mine!
He's the best pet than you can get. Better than a dog or cat.
He's my Albuquerque Turkey. Now what do you think of that!
